09. Chiba Mamoru

I realized it's been a while since I drew anything for the challenge. I had such a hard time with Mamoru BECAUSE HE WAS SUCH A PAIN TO DRAW. Seriously. I've been TRYING to draw this guy ever since my last drawing in this series. And uuuuuuuuggggghhhhh. I just can't draw guys very well. (The Generals are going to be SO MUCH FUN!!! -__-; )
