I'm not sure how I came up with this but it was fun to draw ^^

Elliot - She looks like that 'cause she doesn't wanna float to far away from the others

Dr Cox - Trying to keep his balance on his own balloon while spotting the Janitor trying to pop JD's balloon

JD - Just having fun hanging on to his balloon unaware of what the Janitor is trying to do to it

Janitor - Trying to pop JD's balloon so he'll fall to his death

Turk - Trying to figure out how to stop the Janitor from popping JD's balloon

Carla - Just hangin' in there ;)

How are they able to float ontop of their balloons? They're all light as a feather in this pic ^^ I was gonna add Jordan but I'm not too fond of drawing her so I didn't add her.

My fave is Elliot with her cute face!
Actually, in my art shop that will be opening soon, I have a Scrubs Balloon bookmark. :XD: Luckily though, it's not them on TOP of ballons, it's them actually BEING balloons.
